A Klargester 79,000 litre sealed cesspool is the ideal domestic wastewater storage solution for properties where mains drainage is not an option or where grounds are deemed unsuitable for the discharge of treated effluent. Particularly suited to properties not used on a continuous basis such as holiday homes a sealed cesspool offers effective containment of domestic sewage.
Each tank undergoes a strict testing procedure to ensure that it is both watertight and structurally sound.
Building Regulations state that you will need to give at least 45 days storage for a domestic property. The smallest cesspools for a domestic property is an 18,000 litre, this will serve a one-bedroom property or up to 2 people.
Designed and manufactured in accordance with BS 6297 and the requirements of the Building Regulations Approved Document H.

Capacity
For a single dwelling a minimum requirement of 18,180 litres (4000 gallons) is required. This size should be increased by 6,800 litres (6.8m³) for each additional user.
