We will process your order the same working day as long as the order is received before 4pm. If the order comes in after 4pm, we will process it the following working day.
Delivery times are guideline only, we will inform you of the exact delivery date of your order after processing.
Transport is sub- contracted and various hauliers may be used to deliver your goods. Where possible agreed, delivery dates and times will be met, but we do not accept liability for costs or delays associated with missed or late deliveries.
Hi-Ab offload is available for some products - this may be chargeable.
You must inform us within two working days of receipt, in the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can take prompt action and rectify the situation for you. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Deliveries which are attempted, but not completed due to customer fault, are subject to 25% redelivery fee before redelivery would be attempted.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish proof of receipt of your goods.
